Return Policy
Returns or exchanges on standard items are available up to 14 days after the delivery date.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once your return has been approved we will send you a shipping label to the email address used to place the order. The cost of the shipping label will be subtracted from your refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Returns or exchanges should be postmarked no later than 14 days from the original delivery date.
Once item is received by Mel & Meet, we will inspect the item for any visible damages and notify you that we have received your return. Once this is complete, a return to the original payment method will be issued within 48 hours - minus the cost of the shipping label. The returned funds may take additional time to be reflected in your account based on your banks policies.
Returned funds will be issued back to the customer using the original payment method. Returned funds cannot be distributed to any other cards or accounts apart from the one used for payment.
Customized items, including greeting cards with a customized message inside, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To exchange an item, please e-mail us at melandmeet@gmail.com. The original item must be shipped back and received before any new items are sent.
Mel & Meet reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
